The current social order emerged from the assumption that authorities, upon which power is entrusted, are benevolent. This belief underpins the legitimacy of centralized power structures, where a small group of institutions and individuals are given the authority to make decisions that affect the entire population. It was, unconsciously assumed that these authorities would act in the best interest of the public, prioritizing the common good over their own interests.
However, these assumption is nothing more than a dangerous illusion, rooted in ancient times when people blindly viewed authority as an infallible extension of God on earth. The reality is that this concentration of power leads to decisions that benefit a select few at the expense of the many because when their choices clearly harm society, they face no penalty.
This illusion was replaced by the illusion of competition, where the winning party earns the right to shape reality. In this new paradigm, success is measured by one's ability to outcompete others in a marketplace or political arena. The idea is that through fair competition, the most capable and deserving individuals or entities rise to the top, gaining the authority to influence societal norms, economic policies, and cultural trends. But the reality is that competition does not emerge naturally. Individuals instinctively try to escape the constant struggle and instead seek to form cartels to secure their positions. These cartels create barriers to entry, stifling true competition and innovation. The illusion of a fair and open market masks the underlying tendency of those in power to consolidate their influence and protect their dominance, further entrenching inequalities and preventing new players from having a fair chance.
Let's be clear. These kinds of illusions have been useful throughout history. We evolved from a barbaric state thanks to them. Whether it be the religious illusions of the past or the philosophical and social illusions of the present, they are formidable sovereign powers and have always been at the forefront of every civilization that has flourished on our planet. Of course, some are unproductive; but many have driven nations to create the splendor of the arts and the greatness of civilizations.
These institutions hold immense power not because they inherently possess it, but because we, the people, allow them to manage our resources. The vast funds they control do not belong to them; they belong to us, the collective populace, although nominally.

Democracy is Dead: Your fault.

Economic power refers to the ability to control the production, distribution, and consumption of goods and services. This includes deciding which businesses can expand, and which projects get funded.

The app.

We envision a future where the economy is fundamentally transformed by the decentralization of monetary power. In this new landscape, each individual issues their own currency, democratizing money creation and resource allocation.
